How did you get into geocaching?
I found some people in my park after hours and gave them the 3rd.
degree as to what and why they were there. They also parked at the
employee gate blocking me in. They were from out of state for the
day and I tagged along to make sure they were not lying to me. I
joined Geocaching the next day
What's the meaning behind the screen name?
I have been a park ranger for over 10yrs. now. The 141 is my call
number.
Do you cache alone or are you part of a team? Right now,
alone
How many caches have you found and how many have you hidden?
29 found, Zero hidden, But, I did adopt the Mountain Bike Hill(GC312C)cache.
The oldest in Palm beach Co. I love Florida history!
Have you cached in other states or countries?
Not yet. My honey and I have a home in N.C. and I plan on doing
some there soon.
Besides geocaching, what do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I make miniature dollhouses from scratch. I also have over 6k songs
on my Ipod. I love all different types of music.
What kind of wildlife have you encountered while geocaching?
So far? Gopher tortoise, Herons, Ibis, Black racer, Osprey, Skeeters!,
Hawks, and Deer.
What advice would you offer new geocachers/hiders?
Too new to offer any at this time.
What do you say when muggles ask what you are doing?
umm, Pretend they are not there, Ignore and avert eye contact. Pretend
I'm texting.
What is your favorite cache container?
Right now? The bigger the better. :)
What is the strangest thing you have ever found in a cache?
Golf ball.
What was your most memorable caching find/experience?
Finding my 1st TB and my 1st. Geocoin, a jeep! WOOHOO!
